These Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between you and Attwell Farm Ltd trading as Attwell Farm Park (“Attwell Farm Park”, “we”, “us”, “our”) regarding all memberships, bookings, purchases and use of our website and facilities. By purchasing tickets, memberships or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
All tickets purchased online are valid for one occasion only, are non-refundable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Tickets are valid for the specific date and time selected at the time of booking.
E-tickets are delivered via email to the address provided. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 24 hours, please contact us at info@attwellfarmpark.co.uk or call 01527 66191.
Children under 1 year enter free of charge but must still be booked online to help us monitor capacity.
Bookings cannot be amended, refunded, or transferred on the day of your visit. To request a change, please contact us at least 48 hours before your visit. Any amendments are at the manager’s discretion and subject to availability.
For General Admission only, you may change your booking up to 3 hours before your visit by logging into your account at https://app.attwellfarmpark.co.uk/my-account/login.
If you miss the 13-hour window, your ticket will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This flexibility does not apply to special, timed, or peak-time events such as Father Christmas; charges may apply to move these bookings.
We do not refund or transfer tickets due to bad weather.
Free child return passes are valid for standard term-time entry only and cannot be used during special events, half-terms, or holidays.
Events may change without notice. No refunds are issued if Attwell Farm Park closes due to circumstances beyond our control.
Purchase of an Attwell Farm Park Membership constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Full Access Membership entitles the named person(s) to enter the farm during our normal opening dates for 12 months from the purchase date. Please note: we close annually for a short winter shutdown.
Term-Time Memberships allow entry during term-time weekdays only, in line with Warwickshire and Worcestershire school calendars.
Free entry for members covers the standard Farm Park experience only. Special events may be ticketed separately.
We may refuse entry if identification is not provided or membership details are incomplete.
All correspondence will be sent to the lead adult named on the membership.
Visitors under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
Child Membership is required from a child’s 2nd birthday. If your child turns 2 during the membership year, please contact us to add them.
Memberships are non-transferable, non-interchangeable, and non-refundable.
No pro-rata refunds are given if you terminate your membership early.
Memberships cannot be used with any promotional offer, voucher, school visit, birthday party or seasonal event.
We reserve the right to refuse renewal or withdraw membership at any time, and to revoke membership in cases of verbal or physical abuse of staff, or breach of our Code of Conduct.
Personal data will be held securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.
In the event of forced closure (e.g. pandemic or events beyond our control), memberships will not be extended or refunded.
We may be unable to fulfil your order if the product is out of stock, payment authorisation fails, or there is a pricing or description error.
If an issue arises, we will contact you by phone or email.
Orders requiring shipment (non-e-ticket items) are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us regarding delivery.
For overseas delivery, please contact us before ordering for a shipping quote.
When placing an order, your payment details are encrypted and processed securely through Secure Trading.
Misuse or abuse of our voucher or coupon system will result in cancellation and refund of your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Return postage is at your cost; replacement items will be sent free of charge.
